1. Who the controller is
This policy applies to the website of Altoris Estratégias de Valor (Altoris Estratégias de Valor Ltda. – EPP, CNPJ 44.293.448/0001-16), headquartered at Av. Dr. Nilo Peçanha, 2800, sala 1004, Porto Alegre/RS, CEP 90430-001, which acts as the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
2. What data we collect
Data you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, job title, phone number, email address, the company situation you select and the message you write. When you download material, such as an e-book, we collect your name, email address, company, job title, phone number (optional) and whether you agree to receive communications. We do not request sensitive personal data and recommend that it not be included in your message.
Browsing data. With your authorization, we automatically collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent on the site, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations, on the basis of legitimate interest and the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract (art. 7, V and IX).
- To send Altoris reports, studies and communications, when you subscribe or select this option when downloading material, on the basis of your consent (art. 7, I), which may be revoked at any time.
- To measure and improve the website, through non-essential cookies, on the basis of your consent (art. 7, I).
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to exercise rights in legal proceedings, when necessary (art. 7, II and VI).
4. Confidentiality of business information
Information about your company shared through the website, such as its cash position, indebtedness or transactions under consideration, is treated as confidential and accessed only by the partners and the team involved in handling your inquiry. Where the relationship continues, we may formalize confidentiality through a specific agreement.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it only with service providers that support us in operating the website and handling inquiries, such as hosting, email, CRM and analytics tools, under contractual security and confidentiality obligations, and with public authorities where required by law or court order.
6. International transfer
Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt the safeguards provided for in art. 33 of the LGPD, such as contractual clauses that ensure an adequate level of protection.
7. How long we keep it
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described. Data from contacts that do not result in a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. Subscription data for communications are retained until you unsubscribe. We may retain data for longer periods where required by law.
8. Cookies
Essential: necessary for the website to function and do not require consent. Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, from Google, to understand how the website is used (pages visited, time on site, traffic source and device type). It is activated only with your authorization, given in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie preferences, in the footer, or through your browser settings.
9. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about data sharing; and revocation of consent. You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections, access controls and the selection of providers with recognized security practices.
